Must be in the official Discord or Teamspeak 6. Must have a mic If you are found to be all but one of these your application may be denied and/or your current duties will be terminated. Any advertising of applications is an auto denial. If your app does get accepted for interview, a Supervisor+ will leave a comment letting you know to, contact a Headadmin+ within a certain time limit, for a staff interview. Your application must have 5 +1's to be accepted for an interview. If you have -1's they will go into effect as well and count as a Negative score point. Just because it has 5 +1's Does not mean it will get accepted. If your application does not follow the format below, it will result in auto-denial. The experience in this leading position is part of the little about me. I wish to be an admin of trust and respect, one that would follow orders, help out those in need, and keep the rules of the server aligned, as well as have fun and play with the many of people in this community. I have also learned from past experiences for what a server admin can/should do, and when not to. Tell us a little about yourself (100-word minimum): My name is Cory, I'm 20 years old and live in Pennsylvania and enjoy playing video games. I'm currently enlisted into the United States Navy, and have had experience in leadership throughout high school with NJROTC, and helping my community IRL. My playtime for garrys mod is stretched over a 4 year play time, for which i have met and played with all sorts of players, from all over the world, creating some of the best friendships i've had. I'm always available, and if you would like to know anything more about me, feel free to ask. Do you have any previous staff experience? If so, go into detail: I have not. Do you understand that if you become staff, you will have to change your steam name to the format of '[BG] Name [Rank Abv.]'?: Yes I am fine with changing my steam name for the reason of self promotion towards the server when on any other steam based game, as well as other servers within garrys mod. Situations (Answer with detail): If a player has asked an admin to fix a problem with an Minge running around, my job as staff would be to deal with it and ask if any other players have seen this player breaking any rules, or just FailRP in general. I would ask the witness of what they saw to almost 100% accuracy, then question the victim to explain what/why they were doing it. If they fail to respond, or make-up an excuse, then they will be proper punishment would be given out. What do you do if someone reports something that you are not able to do?:I would contact someone superior to my rank or if one is no currently available, i would try to contact one over steam, discord, or the forums. If no one is in a position of authority above me, i would figure out a temporary situation to make it work for the parties involved. What do you do if you catch another staff abusing power?: I would report it to a superior staff member on the forums, or personally get in contact on the server to report the abuse. What do you do if someone reports an RDM or Minge?: Acknowledge the report and verify any of the specifications of the RDM/MInge, whether into logs, or if more than just one person has seen the RDM/Minge. If the reports are true of the RDM/Minge, then i would give the person/persons the proper punishment for the offense.
