Far too many times, I've seen minges come on SWRP servers and do what they do best, minge. The reason they did this was because a staff member wouldn't do anything about it, but this is not what I will do. I want to be staff so I can stop people like these within minutes of their joining. There are other problems though. There's far more to being a staff member on a SWRP than banning minges. There's filling in roles when someone isn't there. After 3 months my computer broke and my replacement couldn't run gmod with lots of addons. (He can) What do you do if you catch another staff abusing power?: Just report it to faust What do you do if someone reports an RDM or Minge?:  Go investigate the situation, preferably invisible so they don't know I'm there, to see if it's just a false alarm, and if it's not, kick said rdm-er/minge.
