I have a very clear mindset, enforcing serious Roleplay on a serious roleplay server by hosting and providing intelligent, fun, and cohesive events into a clear strung story spanning the entire server. I would go about doing this by teaching the Gamemaster team in new and better ways of hosting events that I've learned over my many years as both a Gamemaster and Administrator and talking to each and every commander that they must maintain the serious mood of the server within their own units. As an administrator, I would happily take on the activities that no other Staff member would want to do such as helping with other commanders tryouts, Whitelisting, and so on. I am also unbiased in most situations and would happily sit out of situations where I am biased in. As the Director of Roleplay, I would enforce all rules implemented to the letter and make sure that all people on the server are both serious and are enjoying their time on the server. As well I would always listen to the community and see what the people on the server are feeling toward a certain topic or subject within the server before making a decision since the server is nothing without the Community. I would as well keep the Owner of the server informed in all relevant topics that he should be concerned with. To conclude I wish to be an Administrator and or Director of Roleplay to ensure that the Roleplay of the server stays serious and to aid the server and Owner in all processes I am able to aid in. Tell us a little about yourself (300-word minimum): Born and raised in Georgia, United States. Once I start something I intend to see it to the very end, that goes for all things in my life. From my relationships to my work to Gaming, once I start, I see it through. I am also unbiased in most all situations I am in or am put in charge of taking care of. The situations that affect me personally I will be more than happy to sit out as it might affect my ability to judge the situation carefully and fairly. Personally, I never tend to let personal feelings get into my work or anything I treat like work such as this server as I've learned it just gets in the way, so I keep a calm head on at all times and rarely get frenzied ever. I am exceedingly knowledgeable in most aspects regarding military or Starwars and I am an intensely good at roleplaying all types of roles and characters. I've been playing Garry's mod for over 4 years now and have been apart of numerous Starwars roleplay servers ranging from Huge to minuscule over the years. I am soft spoken and easy going, But will not accept bullshit from anyone, as well I have no tolerance drama as I believe it is just a waste of time and in the end will lead to a communities downfall as it has been proved in the past a multitude of times with a range of different servers. I treat people the way that they act, so if someone comes up to me acting like an idiot, they shouldn't be surprised that im treating them like a moron. I also enjoy traveling the world and seeing all the sites, I like to immerse myself in the culture of others to see what they feel. Do you have any previous staff experience? If so, go into detail: Yes, I was a Staff member on Hammer Fall Gaming during its Prime (Which hit around 50 players daily), ASG during its Prime (Which hit around 50 players daily), Ran both Disturbed Gamers (Which hit around 30 players daily), Corvus Gaming Networks (Which hit around 60 players daily), Goliath Gaming (Which hit around 50 players daily), and the Remake of Disturbed Gamers (Which hit around 25 players daily). If so, go into detail: Yes, I ran the Gamemaster team on Hammerfall Gaming and Disturbed Gamers, was a Loremaster on a Dayzrp server, Loremaster on an Arma 3 Milsim unit, Held a majority of the events on Goliath Gaming as well. -1 You did not say anything about starwars rp from what i saw, which leads me to believe your not fit. if the three servers you did mention were infact star wars rp then say that other wise no one will have a clue.

Sorry Smesh, I thought it was implied as this is a Clonewars server and thought that no one would think that my previous experience would be from anything other then Clonewars servers.
