First is too ensure that proper action is taken against those who abuse/break the rules of the server and ensure that they don't ruin the RP experience and that everyone has a great time on the server. Second is so that people don't cause rioting or power abuse while i'm in character or out either way I still want to ensure that everyone is kept in line but have enough room to enjoy their time on the server. Finally I don't want the server to envelop in chaos and that everything sticks to place I don't want to see others abusing their powers unless its downtime or it's needed i.e. setting up a SIM or helping out a GM. These are the reasons why I want to be a admin to make sure the server is in-check.  Tell us a little about yourself (100-word minimum): Well i've been playing gmod for the past 6+ years and it has been my favorite game and for most of that i've been staffing the first server I ever really staffed for was a FalloutOnline server under Noble Eclipse Gaming becoming the Senior Admin but left due to poor ownership. As for IRL I am still in High School I just became a Junior and i'm in JROTC I am a Cdt/Major and my job title is Executive Officer dealing with issues in the Unit and ensuring that all Cdt's get whats due i.e. rank and ribbons. I have been awarded 16 ribbons and 1 medal that one medal being the Daughter of the American Revolution award. I have goals to join the military after college and go to OCS and carry on from there and just try to lightly plan my life. There really isn't much too me i'm nothing special really.   Do you have any previous staff experience? Do you understand that if you become staff, you will have to change your steam name to the format of '[BG] Name [Rank Abv.]'?: Yes Situations (Answer with detail): What do you do if someone reports something that you are not able to do?:  I would report it to the next highest person who can deal with it if possible try to diffuse it and help in anyway I can but I should have the powers to deal with minging and etc. What do you do if you catch another staff abusing power?: If I can I would confront that person and figure out why they were using their powers like that and deal with it accordingly depending on severity and if not possible report to the Head Admin+ What do you do if someone reports an RDM or Minge?:   I would go to that person ask who did it then go the person who is RDMing/Minging and put that person in a sit and bring the reporter and have a talk 1st time its a warn 2 verbal one physical 2nd time its a kick 3rd time a light ban 4th time a heavy ban if 3rd and 4th time not possible find a high enough ranking person too ban that person.
