The 501st on this server when Monster is not on I am the CO so I am technically the XO of the 501st as I'm second highest rank. Now getting off of the server I have also led a Alpha squad Regiment on another server a while ago that is pretty dead by now. As I am making this I just realized I've been more of a XO then a CO in many other servers. Must be a common theme but I'd like to change that to be the opposite, more CO then XO. Again from this server I have many great learning opportunities. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?(Minimum 200 words): I am a Star wars nerd. based off my Experience and etc. I believe I can learn even more of how to lead and how to set up sims and tryouts if I am a commander. I also wish to help advance the server and I feel like I'm the only one who trains at this point. again I am going to point out I had lots of experience has a XO and some as a CO so I am used to leading a Squad into combat and more. I believe I can always strive to be better. I am great at strategy in my mind I always try to make some and give suggestions during events to the commander as well. Heck, I am also a History nerd of IRL stuff (mostly) but also fictional things. Like star wars I like the Era's of CW, GCW, and Imperial Remnant times, etc. I know a lot of the CW battalions and their purpose and many of the events in SW history. Heck, me and my friend made a 7 page document on SW topics and we're only topic 1 and the half of the 2nd, and we're not done. So yeah, I believe I should be a battalion commander because I believe this is a great learning experience and also a great time to better gain respect and grow a new regiment coming into the game, but also because I can get my idea's and suggestions and Tactic's heard that I have made  myself from learning form many IRL commanders and their strategies into my own. Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: Yes, 41st was the more for planets with woods because of their camo and led by Luminara Unduli and At the Battle of Kashyyk Yoda, the best most known planet they were deployed at was Kashyyk. Great for being Scouting parties. They were also a Elite Corps like the 501st is usually referred to as, they even have a sub-group called, Green Company. The Phase 2 41st troopers with Camo green armor we're the more Advanced 41st which was at the end of the Clone wars and was more like Scouts then a Infantry. Availability(Days and Times): MOST Sunday's I'm free and I am mostly on after 3:00 pm est everyday except Monday (6-9pm), Wesnday (6-9pm), Friday (6-10pm), Saturday (9am-5pm *CAMP*) is drumline (Unless there's show on another day). On Thursday at 4:00 or 4:45 pm est is Lesson's. Estimate of how long you've played on Bolt Gaming?: 2 days and 9 and a half hours. (Says playtime in-game) but IRL I've played for about a Month I think, maybe longer. Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion, regiment or squad to be at the end of your term?(Minimum 150 words): One of the most active battalions because I will try recruiting and doing tryouts for it and training cadets like I always do. I want the 41st to be one of the active battallions, Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes, Sir. but I will probably tell you if I have to be doing something like Band Camps (2 weeks normally) that are all day. Trust me, If I will probably give an explanation to why I'm not there for a while. What would training and or operations of your unit look like?[Tryouts, Sims ect](Minimum 150 words): I'd probably take inspiration from how sub does his tryouts. when we do random trainings all the commanders always do sims, Unless I believe they need to practice something else I'd probably continue the Sim trend. But for Tryouts I'd probably get inspiration from subs tryouts like my 501st tryout. Example, Drill, Sim, and Firing Training, Don't shoot another brother tests and other stuff etc. Give us some examples of your work?
